We would like you to be able to get the medical and dental treatments that you want and need. That’s why we offer several ways of financing and paying for our services—even orthodontic services like Invisalign clear aligners. You deserve to have the smile you need and the ability to pay for it on your own terms.
You can get started with a free Invisalign consultation. Just call us at Central Connecticut Orofacial Pain & Sleep Medicine to schedule an appointment. We’ll first conduct a dental examination to make sure you’re an ideal Invisalign candidate. Then, we can discuss financing options as needed.
Available Payment Methods
We’ll explore a variety of payment methods with you to be sure you are making an informed decision and choosing what is right for you. You can either pay at the beginning or during your Invisalign treatment. You can use insurance, HSA or FSA, CareCredit, Compassionate Finance, a payment plan, or a cash or credit method.
Insurance
Do you have dental insurance? If you’re not sure of the details, get a copy of your plan from your insurance provider or from the human resources department at your employer. Check the policy to see if it pays for a portion of orthodontics or Invisalign aligners.
You might be able to see your insurance plan through an online account and just use the search function on your computer to check for orthodontics. Or you can always call Central Connecticut Orofacial Pain & Sleep Medicine, and we can help you find the answers.
Does your insurance cover braces in general? If so, it may pay the same portion for Invisalign aligners too. But every policy is unique. Yours might only pay a certain number of dollars toward orthodontics, or it could pay 50% of Invisalign, or any other amount, which is why it’s so important to check your specific policy.
HSA or FSA
A health savings account (HSA) with funds saved in it or a flexible savings account (FSA) through an employer can also be a great payment option. These accounts are designed to save up money for you that you can use to pay for medical services, and the money in them is usually taken tax-free from your paycheck.
Check with either your employer or your insurance company to find out if you have one of these accounts and, if so, how much money you have in it. The funds may either pay for your Invisalign treatment or supplement other payment methods.
Compassionate Finance
We now offer financing through this outside provider. Compassionate Finance uses an instantaneous cloud-based approval technology so that you don’t have to wait to find out if you qualify. You only need an active bank account to be approved. It’s simple!
Compassionate Finance allows you to select the terms that would work for you. You can decide in advance what monthly payments you can afford and then see if you can get approved for that plan. If you don’t quite have the cash for Invisalign aligners right now, Compassionate Finance lets you pay over time.
CareCredit
With CareCredit, you seek approval for a healthcare credit card. You can use it to pay for the portions of healthcare that your insurance doesn’t cover, such as deductibles, or services that insurance simply doesn’t recognize.
You can now get prequalified for CareCredit without affecting your credit score. Plus, you can use it to pay for other dental services, which makes it a smart acquisition in general. You could pay for regular checkups, gum disease treatments, fillings, crowns, dental implants, and more. Remember, if you prevent major problems from developing, you’ll save even more money later.
Office Payment Plans
We may also be able to work out a payment plan with you. You may be able to pay for a portion of your Invisalign treatment through other methods, or you may not. We can determine the overall amount you would need to pay and then split that into manageable monthly payments.
We’ll be happy to help you find a way to pay for your Invisalign aligners. Straight teeth and a better bite not only look good, but also can make you healthier. A better set of teeth can help you eat better. A better bite will prevent teeth from being worn out too quickly, saving you money on tooth repairs and replacements. So let’s figure out how to pay for your treatment together!

We can take a check, a credit card payment, or cash to cover your Invisalign costs. Insurance can reduce the final price tag, and we can look for other options, such as CareCredit, to pay the rest.
