The STOP-BANG Sleep Apnea Assessment

The first step to getting any kind of sleep treatment is to determine your risk for sleep apnea. While there are a multitude of ways to do this, Dr. Keith Hollinger prefers to use the simply and straightforward STOP-BANG questionnaire. This simple screening tool will help us and you better understand your sleeping problems. STOP-BANG is actually an acronym for the eight most common signs of sleep apnea:
